In the spring of 2006, FDM was started by a group of 5 professionals in the basement of a home. Our vision was to build a mortgage company where clients and employees had a choice to make an educated decision. With these 5 professionals and armed with over 10 years of mortgage experience and industry knowledge, FDM went operational. Today, we can proudly say that our efforts have been recognized. Customers have shown their appreciation, and their trust in us, by giving us a huge return in referrals.
Our level of training and information keeps us a jump ahead of the upcoming market situations. We constantly interact with our Investors and make a collaborative effort to find every possible means to satisfy even the most difficult of financing situations. Our relationships with Banks and Investors allows us to offer unique products. Our commitment to clients has made us preferred Lenders with most major builders in the area. This makes us extrememly viable in the market.
Our vision and mission was never, just to close a loan and move on to the next customer. We believe in creating relationships with our customers that are mutually beneficial and our success proves that we are on the right track.
